ryzen 7 7735hs tech question

hi everyone, i have a asus tuf a16 2023 year, and the cpu in it is a ryzen 7 7735hs, the tdp is suppose to be 35-55w but it goes way above that to like up to 150 watts or sometimes higher. i have checked many dif temp programs and same readings on all. someone please advise, thanks in advance.

Have you looked at manually setting the TDP in Bios?

TDP (Thermal Design Power) is an estimation of the heat output of a processor, it is a different metric than actual power usage which is typically higher under load.

Post a screenshot of the software power value you are observing.
