Ryzen 7 7700, 100% CPU Usage on any games that are not on steam

Hi my CPU usage is constantly round 90% and 100% and my GPU usage is around 70% to 80% on any game that isn't on steam, if i play the same game on steam my CPU and GPU usage is way way lower but as soon as i play a game on Ubisoft or Epic games the % goes up to 100% on any game.

Ubi launcher used to have (or still does?) a high cpu use with overlay enabled, don't know if Epic launcher has same.

Try turning off different settings/notifications in them, see if that helps.
