For better clarity, I have an Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 2020 edition with an AMD Ryzen 7 3750H Quad Core processor.
So I am having trouble figuring out why my laptop is lagging this much that clicks takes a median time of 10 seconds to show up but when I dug up the metrics the RAM and CPU usage seemed normal.
I figured out that my CPU is only running at 1.38 GHz 1 GHz lower than it's base speed
I do not have an idea as to why is it happening.
