Ryzen 7 3700X high idle temps

Hi all,

I currently have a Ryzen 7 3700X in my system and I was wondering if my idle temps are normal. When I first turn my PC on, it can reach as high as 68 degrees but can go down to as low as 35 degrees and then rise up to mid 50s, even just on the desktop. Is this behaviour normal? I have a Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 cooling it which should be more than enough to cool this CPU. The power setting is currently on AMD Balanced as well.

Is there any way to reduce temps or is this behaviour normal? I've looked at underclocking slightly to reduce thermals but it's not something I particularly want to do.

Everything seems normal there, high temps of 68 is pretty good.

You can try undervolting, that should help a bit.
