Ryzen 7 1700x high temp (strange)

Ryzen 1700x with Dark Rock 4 200w. (yes i know there is 20c difference). no OC. I have 3 went on front, 2 on top, 1 on back. MSI b450 tomahwak

Idle temp : 50-55c

And now starts fun. Made today couple of test, with prime95, cpu-z and so on. After 1h of test temp is very slowly rising to 70c and not going up. Found that CPU#15 is all the time at 100% usage.

any ideas ?

Found that CPU#15 is all the time at 100% usage. - it was Ryzen Master ;-). Still temp is 50c

what voltages?
what MoBo?
fresh Windows install?
