I recently had my ram set to 2133mhz then when I boosted it via xmp to its base of 3200mhz I am now having blue screens of death and constant crashes from any game that I play. I thought this CPU was supposed to be able to handle 3200mhz

Up to 2667 according to amd spec., but there is also motherboard qualified memory list of supported ram models/speeds.
you need to have good motherboard also.
also if your ram cant handle xmp timing then you need to do manual timing.

Enjoy, John.
If your motherboard lists your RAM Part Number in its QVL List it might show if the RAM supports being overclocked and it maximum speed that it can run.
You need to post your PC Information especially your Make & Model of your Motherboard and RAM Part Number you have installed.
