Ryzen 5700X3D temperature issues

Hi! Last week I upgraded from 5500 to 5700X3D and when playing Warzone and Battlefield 2042, I noticed temps red flagging on HWInfo. Before the upgrade everything was cool.

I dont want to make any overclocks, or other crazy things to get 5 10% fps, I am on safe side.

I would like to try to set eco mode on Ryzen Master and see how it works, if doesnt I will change thermal paste and then upgrade cooler. But I downloaded and could not enter on Basic Mode, this option is not available. How can I enable it?

And I am open to try any other ideas, if they are safe enough. In fact, I suspect my cooler could not be well fit in place, but before dissasembly, I want to test the eco mode.

Another thing, right after upgrading, I came to AMD website do search for drivers. I found all the drivers (5700x,5700G, 5800, 5800x,5800X3D) , except mine.

- Aorus B450M

- RTX 4060

- 2x8GB RAM 3600 MHz
- Cooler Master Hyper 212

- Case Sharkoon M25-W

There is no 5700X3D processor-specific driver required. Overheating is not a driver issue.

If you are using the 5500 box cooler (Wraith Stealth) on the 5700X3D that is your problem.

You have upgraded from a 65W TDP 6-core processor to a 105W TDP 8-core processor.

Upgrade your cooler. Any adjustment you make such as ECO mode sacrifices performance for lower temperatures.

Thanks @FunkZ
I have Cooler Master Hyper 212 installed (59 CFM max) , does it change your answer? My fans are the original ones from case Sharkoon M25-W. Two sucking at front and one exausting at the back. Nothing on top.
