Ryzen 5 5600XT high temps on low usage
Hi. Yesterday i switched the fans to use CPU temp as reference for moderating their speed. Today i noticed fans going really fast when i was only watching twitch, doing nothing else, so i decided to check CPU temp with Open hardware and saw that it was running at almost max temps from doing only that; watching twitch at 1080@60 on a 180Hz-0.5 lattency screen. I did a complete windows scan with MSRT tool and nothing showed up.
Any clues on what could be possible happening here?
Im running on a ASUS 7600 OC 8gb aswell, if thats any help.

Screenshot is indicating max of 4.6GHz+ across all six cores with near 90% utilization, 77W package power and 91°C temperature.
That's not low usage.

Sorry, yes. What I meant is that I'm just watching twitch, 1080@60. I really think it should not be burning my CPU like that. Windows malware tool showed nothing as well. Should I get a new analysis tool or maybe the problem it's located elsewhere? I've reached my knowledge limit on the case

Make sure hardware acceleration is enabled in your browser, this offloads utilization to the GPU. You can also try reducing the resolution and/or frame rate.
