ryzen 5 5600x

good afternoon.I have such a question .yesterday I bought a new 5 5600x for the gigabit b450m ds3h motherboard to replace 5 3600, I changed the bios to f60 , everything started without problems , but the minimum processor purity shows 3600 , and in the 4650 boost I don 't have much in this , well, the question remains ...as I understand it, there should be a minimum of 3700 and not 3600 and a maximum of 4600 and not 4650, so I wonder if this is normal in general, I have not encountered this yet.the processor is generally normal or defective, but in steel everything seems to be fine.tell me how to evaluate it.I am grateful in advance for the answer

I have one that is probably similar (nov.20), it mostly sits 3600 idle (with upticks to 3720),but can boost to 4675 on stock 1.288v max.

If i couldn't get 4600+ at full load i probably would have rma.

Many OC forums don't really care about the 3600-3666 clock on idle.

So i suppose it comes down to whether your happy with a lower idle/temp (and max clock reaches/exceeds specs) or think later resale value will be an issue.
