ryzen 7 5700g support

Does the ryzen 7 5700g with motherboard gigabyte b550 aorus elite v2 support 16gb dual channel ram at 4400mhz with xmp profile enabled  at 19 cas latency because if i enable xmp my system starts to reboot and go back to 2133mhz

According to your Gigabyte Motherboard it does support 4400Mhz using XMP (OC): https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550-AORUS-ELITE-V2-rev-10/sp#sp

Make sure you have the RAM Module installed in the correct DIMM Slots to enable Dual Channel Memory.

Also it is possible the RAM you have is not 100% compatible if it isn't listed on Gigabyte's QVL LIST for RAM MEMORY for the Cezane APU Processors: https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_b550-aorus-elite-v2_cezanne.pdf?v=2880da1b45...  or on the RAM Manufacturer QVL LIST For your motherboard.

The above image of the QVL LIST For RAM MEMORY For the Cezane is just a partial listing. It shows all the 4400Mhz RAM Modules that are compatible with the Motherboard and APU Processor. 

The QVL LIST is fairly recent from 09/08/2021.
