Ryzen 5 5600x crashing in chromium based firmware fix ?

Hello, I've seen a few posts about it not only here but on AMD's forum (dating 2020) that certain ryzen 5 5600x's would crash in chromium based firmware. Here's what I at least found with mine in case someone might have the same problem, maybe bought it second hand with this defect and might find this.

In my case at least as soon as i went into my bios I noticed something was wrong, fans started spinning faster than they should, temps started going into the 70s within 4 mins of just being in the bios and the voltage being almost all over the place but hovering at 1.4 that if you know anything about this certain cpu should not be hovering at 1.4 and rather should be at 1.3-1.344V.

Started doing cinebench since I had it installed ( i don't have the ss's from before I "fixed " it) but it all seamed normal, a bit higher score than your average ryzen 5 though I just got lucky and the sellers system was faulty or had bios problems/extensions on browser/OS problems etc. Until I opened opera gx (my browser of choice) it started ramping up extremely fast and crashing, reopening, crashing, reopening for about 6 times until it stopped. decided to ask around in certain pc help/tech support discord to see, although i knew the voltage didn't seam right it I got told it is fine, everything should be fine. Spoiler it wasn't

stuff i collected throughout second and first day of testing

The fix i found as of writing this is hard locking the voltage at 1,100, even though as i check HWIF it still tries to push for that 1.4 voltage as it hits 1.2 maxV.

excuse the video playing, I needed to test it

I know this is not the most well written thing in existence, my English is rather bad and it is not my first language and if anyone is more knowledgeable on this please add whatever you may know, I'm not well versed in cpus/troubleshooting about this issue. I'll try to keep updating whenever I find anything new.

Edit, I changed mt memory mhz to a lower one (2666mhz) and seams to be stable as of not with sometimes remembering it is faulty and spiking to 100 cpu utilization while browsing

the 2 spikes is when the browser crashed and reopened

Sorry, RakanN. I for one have not a clue what you are talking about. Neither videos will play - please test using Preview in forum. I do not know what "chromium based firmware" is or where you got it. If someone modified the FW, I suspect all bets are off. Your English is fine. Enjoy, John.

the videos even after hours are marked as "waiting for approval" as for the chromium based firmware i'm reffering to apps that use chromium such as steam, epic games (any browser really). https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/zyw2hn/ryzen_5_5600x_crashing_in_chromium_based_firmware/ here's the link to the reddit post i made, similar to this since it's a copy paste but the videos work

Sorry, RakanN, I get nothing out of the link you just posted and the video has no technical content. John.

Have you tried to disable hardware acceleration in chrome browser?

i did, tried a full on linux flash boot as well, in case maybe my OS was corrupted (although had no issues with other processors i test ex: 1200 and 2200g), even did core optimizing
