Ryzen 5 5600H Problem

Hi, I'm having a little problem with my AMD Processor. I noticed that, when I play Minecraft, sometimes FPS drops to 0 for about 1 second, and then going back to normal around 144 fps. I also noticed that the fps drops right in time when RAM allocated by me (6gb) reaches the value of 80% of the memory allocated to the game. Than game start to clean it to 30%. And during this moment, game freezes.

This happening since some drivers update, before everything was fine.
I'm using HP Victus e160010ur, 16gb of RAM, 500gb SSD, AMD 5 5600h, RTX 3050

There might be some settings you could try for the amount of allocated RAM (check in the BIOS) there is available for the RTX 3050 video card.  Otherwise, I would consider looking into what drivers were recently updated and try to roll back to the previous version of them, one at a time.  Another option is to look for a system restore point in Windows (if you have that installed) and try to restore to an earlier time when your laptop was running normally.

But there isn't any option like that. Also, I can't downgrade drivers, because they not saved on my system and I don't have any restoring points, because this PC is kinda new and I've change anything on it. So, what should I do?

Surely you can get into the BIOS and look carefully for the integrated graphics / external graphics options.  Can you reboot and keep hitting the delete key repeatedly while it reboots?  Can you even get into the BIOS?

Yes, can load to BIOS. And as I've already said earlier There is no option to choose between integrated graphics and external. And also I have new interesting thing that I think into the game: As long as I play the game, the lags frequencies increases  and its freezes for even longer amount of time.

Maybe it's an overheating issue and the longer you play, the longer the recovery period.  Try having a fan blowing across the laptop or into the vents the next time you play for an extended period.  Also, if the laptop is kind of new, it shouldn't have cooling ports blocked by dust and debris.  Maybe it wasn't designed for extended gaming.

I still think you should carefully go through all BIOS settings.  Sometimes the setting you are looking for is buried deep within higher level sections and you might have to go through all the selections to find the one you are looking for.

But, It's not overheating problem. While I'm playing, Temperature of CPU is around 70°C, which is really good for laptop. Cooling ports are not blocked at all, I've checked It. And about BIOS, yet again, I can get to It, but there isn't any option like that. It's pretty much closed at this point.

The whole point of my problem is that after some AMD CPU update, in multiplayer mode of Minecraft with mods, started memory leaking, which causes game to freeze.
