100-000000457BOX is a valid PN for a Ryzen 5 5500 Box processor with cooler
Keep in mind the box cooler is a Wraith Stealth which is an extremely basic cooler. The 8°C temp difference between your system and your friend's could also be case cooling. Keep in mind the processor is designed to work up to 95°C that does not mean it's faulty.

Fahim456, what are you using to measure temperature? Use only Ryzen Master(RM) and post a screeshot of RM when your temperatures are what you consider high. Ask AMD about your authenticity here. John.
The main reason behind it's overheating while installing gta v, rdr2 was antivirus. Norton security antivirus was the main issue. It was scanning if any faulty file was installing or not. I deleted the antivirus and then again tried to install the game. The highest temp was only 56°.
