Hi , I recently picked up a ryzen 5 4500 and I can’t find anything about how to overclock it safely. I want it to have a good lifespan/not harm it at all but get the most i can out of it. I’ve attached all the CPU related bios settings and I was wondering if I can get suggestions for some of these?

i got the same proccesor and i have it at 4.3 ghz with 1.352v

but i saw some ppl with a 4.5ghz at 1.4v

What motherboard chipset do you have? Is there a AMD Overclocking section? Using PBO is the easiest way to get more performance, unless you prefer manually tweaking settings.
