I'm a bit new to PC stuff, but this is the information i can give
I have the following Setup:
Ryzen 5 3600
Msi B450M Mortar Max
Stock AMD Cooler
Rx 5600 XT
Triden Z Neo 16GB 3200Mhz Cl16
Usually, my CPU will boost to 4175 Mhz when gaming or doing something like editing. When rendering, it will go down to 3.9 ish cause the temperature is around 85+-. After updating AMD Gpu Driver, the CPU won't boost to 4175 MHz and stuck at 3.95 - 4.01 GHz and the fps drops in-game.
I tried updating BIOS (7B89v2D3(Beta version)) and updating AMD Chipset, change the power plan to AMD High Performance. But still, it won't boost to 4175 MHz.
I would be happy if it would boost to 4.175 or maybe 4.2 GHz because now I can't get it past 4.01Ghz.
Cpu Temp when idle = 45 - 55
Cpu Temp when gaming = 65 - 75
Cpu Temp when rendering premiere videos = 85 - 88 (all in Celcius).
Pls help
