ryzen 5 3600 running hot

hi im have a ryzne 5 3600 and it runs pretty hot when gaming its on like 80 to sometimes 90s and on idle its like 50s to 60s but it used to be worse i changed the mhz and the volatage in the ryzen master and i chnaged my motherboaerrd voltage in the bios i chnaged the mhz of the cpu to 3000 instead of 3600 and yh i just wanna know if this is normal and if i need to buy more fans because i already have like 4 buts there confuiged as all intake and was thinking of buying 2 more fans to put on the top of my case

Your case definitely needs output fans too. IMHO the cooler that comes with the 3600 is pretty weak. I went to a Cooler Master 212 evo and saw a huge improvement. 

There are lots of great videos on the we as to how to orient fans for the best air flow. Make sure you don't have your cabling restricting flow as well.
