On my pc, I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and an AMD Radeon 5700xt. I feel like I'm not getting the performance I should be getting. I thought maybe I was bottlenecking my GPU with my CPU but it turns out in some games I'm only using 20% CPU and 17% GPU. Im stumped on this one and I can't find an answer for this. ANy ideas on what to do?
