Ryzen 5 2400g downcloaking when I overclock the graphics

It goes the  cpu go from 3.9 or (4.0 with oc)to 600mhz for about 1or 2 seconds completing killing the fps in dayz (I could not reproduce outside the game I think)
It only happens when I oc the gpu past 1250mhz (even in 1300mhz) (I tried to rise the voltage as well)
I have a b350 gigabyte gaming (the normal one not the 3)
Memória Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2x4GB) 3200Mhz cl 16

using the latest bios f22

I could not find anything about anywhere(maybe because dayz is so low in popularity)

The most obvious possible answer is that it is thermal throttling. Since the cpu and gpu share the same silicon die and same cooling, if the gpu is overclocked and the heat causes temp to increase, then cpu may throttle. To check if this is happening, monitor the temperatures.

well it goes at 61c 63 spike so I don't think it is it (I didn't  rise  the voltage ) and I have an aftermarket cooler (hyper t4) (I guess it is not that good but not that bad either)
So 63 is thermal throttling? (I can go to higher temperatures with cpu burner from fun marker and it will not down clock)
