Hello,
My AMD Ryzen 5 1400 only hits 43% (1,55gHz).
I already checked my windows settings and my Bios, I couldn't find any limit (in my Bios there are no settings to change anything from the CPU, it only says it should go up to 3,2gHz).
I installed the new drivers and updated windows, didn't solve my problem (also got the latest bios update).
CPU-Z tells me the same, it's always 1,55gHz.
The "Stress CPU" function leads to the same result.
Information about my pc:
Graphics: Radeon RX 560
Processor: Ryzen 5 1400
Mainboard: Lenovo 3100
