I have an Ryzen 7 2700 CPU that randomly started hitting its usage at full 100% non stop even if the PC is idle and I need you're help.
My PC is stock nothing overclocked.
My system:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700 3.2GHz 16MB
If anyone needs more info of my PC like ryzen master or some MSI app stuff please ask if it would help fixing this bug or glitch.

Where are you seeing this Information? If you look at Windows resource manager it'll show maximum frequency being at 100 a lot (which isn't the same as 100% usage). I assume you are aware of this but figured I'd put it out there.
