Hello everyone. My pc specifications: Motherboard ASUS PRIME X670-P WIFI, Processor AMD Ryzen 7 7700 (AM5) Processor (PIB) with Wraith Prism Cooler and Radeon Graphics, Memory PC Kingston DDR5 4800 16GB FURY Beast Black (2 pcs), Power supply ATX 1300W, 80 Platinum, RGB Smart fan 140mm, fully modular OPP, OVP, UVP, OCP, OTP, SCP RGB-1300 (ATX3.0 PCIE5.0), video card 7900 xtx.
Recently, I began to get very annoyed by the random shutdown of the computer when I play powerful games. Please note that the computer turns off by itself only when I play powerful games: stalker 2, bf 2042, pubg, rdr2 and the like. I replaced the video card, it was - AMD RX 7900 XTX NITRO, and replaced it with AMD RX 7900 XTX / DUAL / OC / 24GB.
The reason for the replacement was simple - the same problems (random shutdown of the computer + fps drop in games) . It happens very often that when I launch powerful games in the program Radeon software I look at how my components work, and quite often my processor, when I launch the game, glitches and starts to stay at one temperature. But when I exit them, the processor continues to work at maximum, and its temperature in the Radeon software program just stays in place. After this glitch, my computer starts to turn off randomly. Moreover, when the processor glitches like this, I cannot turn off the computer and I have to turn it off by long pressing the off button. It is also interesting that when I reboot the computer (at the moment when the processor glitches), the computer starts to work normally and does not turn off randomly.
P.s. I decided to check the voltage. Please note the last lines, namely CPu package. When the processor glitches, the voltage does not go to the CPU package. It shows 0 W.
