PC wake instantly from sleep

Hello, I just upgraded to a new 9600X and the PC refuse to go to sleep.
I run the CMD command "powercfg /lastwake" and I foud the thing that keep waking up the PC.

Wake Source Count - 1
Wake Source [0]
Type: Device
Instance Path: PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_14DB&SUBSYS_14531022&REV_00\3&11583659&0&11
Friendly Name:
Description: PCI Express Root Port
Manufacturer: (Standard system devices)

I am pretty sure this is the realtek Pcie 2.5G ethernet port.
So I did disable wake on magic packet.
Run "powercfg /devicedisablewake "Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller #2"".
I only have K/M active on it now but even with no USB port plugged in the pc still wake the moment it finish to go to sleep.
Bios is up to date, chipset driver and gpu driver up to date, tried to reset both.
I did change / reset the powerplan of the pc.
Nothing helped.
Removed EXPO and curve shaper

Has anyone here any idea how to fix that ?
the MB is a weird one "JGINYUE B650i Night Devil" but I talked to other owner and I am the only one, also everything else work great on it.
I cannot clean install windows at that time, I will try if it work under linux on a second partition soon

PCI Express Root Port could be any device attached to the motherboard that connects up to the CPU via PCIe.

Try removing one device at a time or disable (uncheck) "Allow this device to wake the computer" under device properties in Device Manager.
