Radeon vs Catalyst

updates seem to favor installing Catalyst updates vs Radeon updates [AMD A10-4600M with Radeon Graphics]. I have seen updates named Radeon, but not from the Cataylst auto-update....

Thanks for the response ... 'AMD A10-4600M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics'-HP ENVY m6 Notebook PC ... is what I am talking about.   I also have ...'AMD Radeon HD 6310 Discrete-Class (up to 1.92 GB)'-HP 2000-2b19WM Notebook PC. Both HP laptops... 

If you could direct me to the 'Radeon' drivers/updates that can ?bypass? that 'Catalyst' install, I will be grateful. And hopefully the correct forum.
