Question: Ryzen 9 5900x with X570 crosshair VIII Hero

Got all the parts but before I start building it I have a question..
In order to use the 5900x on the motherboard what do I need to install before the windows? Do you guys think it will boot smooth with no issues?

someone told me that I have to use the Ryzen 3000 series first and then update the bios and after everything is done I can switch to the 5900x?

You need to update the motherboard's BIOS to support the Ryzen 5000 series. If your motherboard has a USB BIOS Flashback capability, you can do it with just a USB drive.

Will I be able to boot the PC and update it through the BIOS? Or do you think the PC won't even let me get to the bios?
