By getting hot are you talking about the RAM memory getting hot or the CPU getting hot?

If it is the CPU getting hot check your CPU Cooler. You might have dislodged something on the CPU Cooler.

If it is the RAM please post your PC information including Make & Model of your Motherboard, GPU, RAM and Windows OS version installed.

NOTE: As mentioned this is a English Only forum please translate your next reply into English.

not just the processor, it was normal until I put in the new memories, already remove the memories, changed thermal paste, remove the new memories and it continues to heat even without use

The computer It looks like it has 5fps, I tried to open Cinebanch that downloads to the pendrive, I not open it and it turns off

You have a problem with your CPU Cooler. It isn't working.

Your PC is shutting down because your processor is overheating past its safety limits.

VicT0, this image is not usable! Please post one that does not include the Desktop  (Alt-Print screen). I am seeing the temperature meter is RED, meaning high temperature. Thanks and enjoy, John.

Thanks VicT0ks, great job. There is definitely something wrong with cooling or processor. I would suggest contact your seller and see about an RMA. Also contact AMD support and include this nice image you just posted. Thanks and enjoy, John.
