Hello everyone,
I am using a ThinkBook 16 G5+ APH laptop (7840H + RTX4050) with Windows 11, and I've been experiencing an issue.
Sometimes, when I close the laptop lid to put it to sleep mode, it freezes/crashes when I try to reopen it. I can see the screen and the contents, but all the applications freeze and all inputs are invalid. I have to shut down the laptop to fix it.
I wonder if this problem is caused by 7840H/780M or Windows 11?
