so for some reason ive not use my pc for 2 months and when i came back to use it my core went down to only 2 core which was showing on task manager and it also says logical processors is 4....how do i fix this problem??

Joshy212, install Ryzen Master (RM) and post a screenshot. Did you install a fresh copy of Windows including formatting your C: disk while installing this processor? Where did you purchase it? Post all your parts. John.

If you have Ryzen Master installed, open it and do a Reset.

Otherwise, reboot into BIOS and Load Optimized Defaults.
