Hi I am new to building and I am wondering if it is normal for the ppt on ryzen master to be running at 100% while gaming i am playing starfield right now seems to be running fine just me being a worrie wort

As to parts Ryzen b550 Bored 32 Gb ram 3070 Grahpics card and Ryazen 5 5600x 6 core I put Precision boost and its not doing it any more
