Is it necessary that the Ryzen 7 5700G processor needs to be fed from the 8 pins of the power supply? i just assembled my pc and my power supply only has 4 pins and won't lift.

Are you referring to the CPU/EPS connector?

If so, I find it strange that your PSU does not have it.
Having said that, maybe you should seek another PSU.

If you dont have the connector probably that your PSU is not strong enough. How many watts it is? Also what is your GPU? IF your GPU is more than 200 watts i suggest you get at least 550 watts PSU.
