In 2019,I built a PC with Amd ryzen 5 2400g. After 1 month of running, I did not get good performance, so I installed Windows on the latest drive again at everyone's suggestion, but there is no solution.
*Problems Are 
1.It takes a long time to turn on the PC (more than what is supposed to be on the hard disk).
2.Hangs and takes auto restart from time to time
3.Sometimes a little bit of movement of the casing (clean exterior) does not turn it on.Then  open the ram and put it again.
4..Shutdown takes 50 seconds when long Used And Normal Is 25 Sec When I open n shutdown again .

*Now many people say install SSD, my question is why I do not get the same speed as others get on the hard disk? Note: Hard disk is new now even then.
Now Question Is Whats The Main Problem Of My Pc ?
Is there any solution to the problem?

What are the full specs of your PC?

Seagate Baracuda 1TB 7200 RPM HDD
G.Skill Ripjwas 2666MHZ 4*2 Ram

Over time the OS will slow down..

If you have only 1 HDD and everything goes on that disk it will slow down, try scanning your HDD for errors too.

You would be better off getting an SSD for your OS only and keep the other drive for storage, so a 250gb would be large enough..

Definitely do a scan on your HDD, open a command prompt in Admin mode and run chkdsk..
