List your COMPLETE PC specs
Look at your systems Event Viewer to view logged system errors that might inform you as to what you issue(s) might be
Check your Device Manager for "other devices" and/or devices listed with an exclamation point next to them and post back with either the device or the Even ID listed for the "other" device so we can better help you diagnose possible issues
Make sure your system's drives are healthy
Make sure your drivers are up to date including your chipset drivers
Make sure your Windows install is up to date
Make sure your motherboard's BIOS is up to date
...those are some starting points and then we can go from there
