so i was granted an RMA on my 3950x that went all buggy after 2.5 years of trusty service. i can see on the AMD Consumer Returns site that my chip has passed inspection, and the replacement order status says "completely processed." but it still shows as an open ticket, and ive not had an email update for several days. is there anyone who knows what the cryptic info means on my ticket?
