My motherboard Aorus X570 Elite Wifi and latest BIOS see all 32GB (2x16GB DDR4 3200 GSKILL RGB ) in the status window of the BIOS. Windows 10 however only displays 16GB is available. Checked Ram used on boot; none used. No onboard video available to disable. Running in dual-channel, CPU memory controller only sees 16GB, MOBO see it all. Is the CPU a single case defective unit? Do I need to open a warranty case and get a replacement?
