My 2990wx keeps on haging, i cant work on it, its too slow, my render takes 8 10 hour to render an image with 3ds max, keeps on freezing every 10 mints, need help, AMD 2990wx, 32 gb G-Skill, 2080ti, 750PS, 1gb SSD

imranika, I also have a 2990WX and 32 GB of memory.  I am using a 1250 Watt power supply.  My PS is probably too strong, but yours is pitifully way too small.  Here are all my specifications and a model for you to use:

Please post your specifications in a similar manner.  Also post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) - simply drag-n-drop the image into your reply.  I think you should buy, steal, borrow or beg a1000 Watt PS.  Good luck and enjoy, John.

imranika, please drop the CAPS LOCK.  It is considered shouting and impolite.  I presented my specifications as an example but I still do not know what memory you have or how many sticks.  I also need to see the screenshot of Ryzen Master.  Thanks and enjoy, John.

Nothing help till now, i am using 4 sticks g-skill ram 3200 mhz, my 2950x work more fater and more smoother then 2990wx, Spec for 2950x Amd 2950x, 32gb g-skill 3200mhz Ram(2 Sticks), rtx 2080 Asus, Asus extreme x399 main board, 256 samsung evo 970, 1tb hdd, x62nzt liquid cooling 850watts ps.

Whatever makes you happy, imranika.  Threadripper is a four memory channel processor, so running with only two memory sticks automatically cuts your memory speed in half.  This is why I kept asking about your memory specifications.  See if you can match these results.   Enjoy, John.
