Ive not edited anything and removed the CMOS / Reset CMOS. Could anyone help troubleshoot? Thanks

If you have Ryzen Master installed reset it to defaults then uninstall it.

Then in your bios reset to defaults and restart. 

It that does not help I would talk to the support department of your motherboard. They should be able to offer the best advice on what to do. Maybe a newer or older bios can help.

You are running a pretty hot voltage at 1.49, 1.5 is the recommended do not pass mark i think.

Nothing wrong, but it could lead to less cpu longevity. I would drop the voltage back to 1.45, but thats just me.

Are you running liquid nitrogen?

Not sure I understand your issue, is the system stable or not? If it's stable, you have a good extreme OC. If its unstable just back off until it's stable, then you know your limits.

I should also add do you have enough cooling to run at that speed during normal usage.
