AMD A10-9620P processor's Turbo Boost is not working
My processor is A10-9620P and my video card is RX 540. I am a laptop user. Normally, the basic speed is 2.50 GHz, but it can go up to 3.4 with Turbo Boost. It says on the processor page. it can go this high, even if I open a game, it does not go above 2.50. I also chose high performance from the power plans. Looking at the values, although it uses a very small percentage of the GPU, when CS: GO is on, the processor is almost fully used at the lowest settings, so it becomes a bottleneck. I looked at the temperature values, the stress does not go above 55 degrees in full use when the CPU does. How do I increase the processor speed? I couldn't find anything about that in the BIOS either. My processor's Turbo Boost is not working. (My English is not so well, sorry for mistakes.)
