I just recently bought a new PC with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and I am currently using it's stock cooler. My PC is only 1 week old and while I am gaming (for example in CS:GO) the temperature easily gets to 85 Celsius and while on Google usually sits around in 65-70. Is this a motive to be worried?
