My ryzen 5 1600x is underperforming by a lot

In games my fps drops from around 200+ to 1 to 10fps, its an issue with my cpu but I dont know how to fix it.

Ill try explain the best i can, im on desktop, windows 11 and in literally any game I play my cpu bottlenecks, im using a ryzen 5 1600x
