My CPU might be bottlenecking but I don't know. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FJyrCb <- specs list. My CPU's utilization is at 100% when I play games.

CPU's utilization is at 100% in the performance tab and I'm not sure why there are FPS drops while playing

yungwhoami, please post your specifications, including power supply and a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) while running heavy load.  Enjoy, John.

What games are you actually playing? You only have single channel RAM, at the slowest speed, so that is definitely a factor. What are your background processes like? You only have 4 threads with a 2200G so if something like an anti-malware scan is running in the background that can cause stuttering in (CPU) intensive games.

First you have the minimum PSU Requirements (450 watts) for using a RX 570 plus with a 65 watt APU.

Second: Do you have Ryzen Master installed and are you using it. If so, which power plan are you using, Ryzen Master  balance plan or Windows Balanced plan?

With Windows Power Balanced plan your cpu runs from 5% to 100% while under Ryzen Master Balance plan the CPU goes from 90% to 100%.  Switch to Windows Balanced plan if you are using Ryzen Master balance plan. Windows has incorporated the Ryzen Master Power plan into its own Windows Power plan.

Also see if you have PBO enabled, if you see it in your motherboard's BIOS. You could temporarily "disable" PBO and see if your APU continues to max out. Just for troubleshooting purposes.
