PC Processors

I only have this problem when I first start up my pc it becomes really hot for the first 15 minutes and then goes to normal at around 55

The pc has a gtx1660 and is a fairly recent build

Open your case and then turn on your computer. Is your CPU fan spinning?

First of all sorry for not responding,was wanting to see what will happen with the processor.
Now what I am looking at is that my Processor is running on high temps if i don't activate Task Manager,which I find very strange.If for example i run Minecraft it sticks to 85C without moving..Everything is working properly.

Check your cooler is mounted properly and it's worth re-applying the thermal paste.  

85c is too hot for gaming - it should be around 70c.
