Hi
I have ryzen 9 5900x and a rtx 3090 and I live in (Rajasthan) India which means we have a lot of heat here my surrounding temperatue is around 41 degree centigrade and when I game my cpu runs around 93 degree centigrade with a nzxt x73 aio.And my cpu is also not throttling
Please tell me if its safe and these processors are made for such high temps and my cpu.
AMD says max operating temperature is 90 degrees C*

You might want to check out the various Youtube videos on undervolting your Ryzen cpu. That can potentially help with your heat issue without really sacrificing performance.
If your ambient Room temperature is around 41c (105.8F) that is your problem.
You CPU Cooler is trying to cool your processor with 41c hot air.
If you can't cool your room to around 28c then you should try what @red5 suggested then to lower the power to your CPU processor to run cooler.
The processor is engineered to run at a Maximum Operating Temperature of 90c. Once it reaches 90c it should start to throttle or slow down automatically. If it can't lower the temperature and the processor continues to get hotter eventually it will reach a critical temperature where the processor will automatically shut down the computer to prevent overheating damage to the processor.
Bro its not throttling even in 93 degree centigrade and I typically live in and semi desert state thats why the only option available is to use a room air conditioner
The temperatures you are reporting are likely bogus. The only temperature that is important is what is reported by Ryzen Master. Please install the latest version of RM and post a screenshot here of the entire main screen under full load. Have fun, John.
If you are able to undervolt, this has a big impact.
Can you post your findings after you are done, i'm curious to how you'r rig reacts to it at 41°C
Bro I dont trust in undervolting because it reduces the cpu performence.
