Temps: 70 on average, and 74 Celsius at the top
CPU clock speed was around 5080 MHz
CPU voltage was around 1,220
How do i fix this problem
my setup:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7-7700 gigabyte
GPU: RX 7900 GRE
RAM: 64 GB ddr5 RAM
MB: X670E AORUS PRO X
Storage: 2tb m.2 / 1tb m.2
CPU cooler: Corsair ICUE LINK H150i RGB

R24 uses a vastly different scoring system than R23 and the results are not comparable.
As @johnnyenglish points out, 1405 is actually a very good score for a 7700 non-X on R24 Multi-core.

Which version of Cinebench? R23 or R24?

I'm with @FunkZ on this, if you are running R24 that is even above what a 7700 non X should do on average. I've seen stock 7700X do less.
