Is this motherboard and Cpu Compatible out of the box?

The Motherboard is an Asus Prime A320M-K and the Cpu is a Amd Athlon 3000g. I just need a pc for now and will get a better cpu in the following years. My question is, if I buy these 2 components will they work straight out of the box? and Will the onboard graphics work fine. (I heard the asus prime a320mk doesnt support onboard graphics)

According to Asus Support for your Motherboard it will support the Athlon 3000g with BIOS Version 5603 installed: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/PRIME/PRIME-A320M-K/HelpDesk_CPU/

BIOS version 5603 came out on 11/11/2020 so if your motherboard was manufactured after 11/11/2020 that processor should work out of the box.

The next BIOS version which is the latest is version 5606 which came out on 08/04/2021.

So depending when your Asus Motherboard was manufactured will depend if the 3000g will work out of the box or not. If Amazon sends you a Motherboard manufactured before 11/2020 then you will need to update the BIOS.

So the Asus Motherboard MUST SUPPORT onboard graphics.

As for the Biostar B450-MH you will need BIOS Version B45CS523.BSS installed to support the Athlon 3000g processo: https://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=925#cpusupport

According to Biostar Support for your motherboard that BIOS version cam out on 05/23/2019: https://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=925#download

So if you were to purchase that motherboard at Amazon today the Athlon 3000g should work out of the box unless Amazon sends you a really old Biostar Motherboard made before 05/2019.

If I had a choice between a 300 and a 400 series Motherboard I would definitely go with the 400 series motherboard. At least with a 400 series motherboard you can use the latest AMD processors while with the 300 series you can't.

If you are talking about Asus Motherboard BIOS Version 4801 that came out on 05/10/2019 it won't support the Athlon 3000g: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/PRIME/PRIME-A320M-K/HelpDesk_BIOS/

The motherboard won't recognize the 3000g and it won't boot up. You need BIOS version 5603 installed for the Athlon 3000g to be recognized and boot up with the Asus Motherboard.

I suggest you go with Biostar B400-MH motherboard which is newer and better than Asus 300M-K Motherboard.

Thanks Ill go with the 400 series but one more question. Will i need a Graphics card with the 3000g and biostar b450mh

If you install the AMD APU Athlon 3000g you won't need a GPU card since the motherboard has Video Outputs on it: https://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=925#specification

According to the Motherboard's Specs it has 2 Video Outputs - HDMI & VGA. If you don't have a HDMI nor VGA compatible Monitor then you will need to purchase an Active HDMI or VGA to DP or DVI input adapter.
