I have already submitted the pic of the ryzen chip in the last email but why are they asking for it again ?
I wasted 2 days of my time just waiting for a reply. and worst it is asking me to send something i have already done.
The tech side also ask me to take a picture of the box, which the support side told me a picture of the box is not sufficient, they require a picture of the actual chip.
Which is contradicting.
i just need a boot kit to get my motherboard update and it is like taking forever ! i really regretted going to team red.
Although the price wise is good but user like me need speedy and fast reply to problems.
