Since Ryzen 2 supports the same motherboards Ryzen 1 supports,
and DDR5's availability not expected until 2019
Ryzen 2 probably won't support DDR5.

Probably not??? Definitely not. Ryzen 2 comes out in 3 weeks time. They have already announced the motherboards are using ddr4 memory and the cpu supports ddr4 memory. So it is a given that support is only for ddr4. DDR5 support will not even be available for Zen 2, which arrives very late in 2018. Zen 3 in 2020 will have ddr5 support
