Yes, should be no problem as long as the cooler isnt hitting any caps on the AM4 board, But tbh unless you already have a spare wraith prism/spire lying around for use, it really isnt worth buying it for use on the 8350 since there are much aftermarket coolers out there that are cheaper and better at cooling than the prism, the CM Hyper 212 Evo/Turbo series for example is pretty cheap and does a better job in cooling (also quieter) than the prism.
