The FX 4330 is a bulldozer based CPU, while it DOES have 4 integer cores those cores are part of two modules in which they share front and back ends as well as an FPU (even though the FPU is actually two FMA units they operate together as one FPU in most circumstances). Consequently to avoid overloading the FPU Windows treats each bulldozer module as a hyperthreaded single core, so your 4330 will show up as 2 cores 4 threads rather than 4 cores 4 threads. This is normal expected behaviour from those chips.
