Hello, i bought a Ryzen 5 5400 around February, a couple months ago i changed ALL my components aside from the CPU, because everything was selected to be compatible with that one, but when i built the PC, the CPU just died, like that, even made my board smoke, it didn't die tho, i'm using my pc with an old Ryzen 3 200g, which is giving me a massive bottle neck, so i must get the exchange the 5 5400, but when i go to fill up the warranty, i see information that i don't even know about, and worst, when i opened the box i ripped off the top part of the label without knowing that the CPU code was nowhere else but there.
I also bought a separated warranty on New egg, but since it haven't been a year i can't use that one, i've tried to talk directly to customer support but that has gone nowhere, and on top of that, i'm from another country, so i don't know what to do aside from using my courier, which i don't think it lets me, can anyone help me?
