I need a boot kit!

yes, I've filled out the form and heard NOTHING! How do I get in touch so I can get my paperweight working>???

1 Solution

I apologize for the confusion.

In order to proceed with the bootkit request, please respond to the ticket with the following information:

  1. A picture of Processor (note: a picture of the retail box is not sufficient, we also need a picture of processor surface), that clearly shows the Model number and Serial number plus a copy of your purchase invoice.
  2. A picture of your motherboard clearly displaying the make and model number.

Well I get it is irritating but you are yelling at other USERS here not AMD. Maybe one of the AMD mods can look into your RMA. If you got a number from AMD you might want to post it for them.

amdmatt‌ maybe you can look into this for your customer please.

I have looked at your ticket which you submitted on the 28th of April.

You should have received a response requesting further details which are required before the Boot Kit request can be processed.

Please provide the required details.
