3950X high temps with Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360

Hello,
I built a new PC and I think the CPU temps I get are high.

My parts:
CPU: 3950X
Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360(mounted on top)
MB: Asus VIII Hero X570(latest bios)
Case: Phanteks P600S(two 140 fans in front as intake and one 140 fan in rear as exhaust)

When idle, everything auto on bios, DOCP on(3600 CL16), the temps are 35-55.
The voltage is 1.2-1.4 and the CPU speed is 4.20MHZ

When load with Prime95, the voltage goes down to 1.0V, temp is about 65 but the speed goes down to 3.5MHZ

When gaming, when the CPU is at 15%, the speed is 4200-4300MHZ and the temps can go up to 80 degrees.

I tired to create a profile on Ryzen Master, I set all the cores to 4.2, CPU voltage to 1.25 but the temps get over 95 and finally it crashes.

I tried to reapply the cooling, the pump seems screwed all the way inside. I used Arctic Silver 5 as my thermal paste.

What do you guys think? Is the cooler damaged?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello joker11,

I reach the same 80°C temperature with my system. On burn CPU test, temperature stay between 80 and 83°C.

After stopping burn, temperature drops very quickly less than 10s from 80°C to 55°C.

Otherwise with games or production software, it's very rare to up above 70°C.

Corsair H115i Pro mounted on front case, set fans and pump to Silent mode

Case Fractal Design R6 not windowed, close on the top and extract air fan on rear.

Power saving on Windows 10 - AMD Ryzen High Performance profile (min CPU usage 98%, max CPU usage 100%)
